NoteWander Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NoteWander platform ("NoteWander," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing, or using NoteWander, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

NoteWander is a technology platform only. We do not operate, manage, control, supervise, or endorse any services offered by users or guides.

All services, experiences, and interactions occur directly between users and guides.

You must be at least 16 years old to use NoteWander. You must be at least 18 years old to make bookings or purchase services on the Platform.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Use NoteWander in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not engage in fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful activity
• Respect other users and the platform community

You acknowledge that travel, outdoor, and experiential activities involve inherent risks, including injury, illness, property damage, or death.

You voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with participating in services accessed through NoteWander.

NoteWander is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The safety, quality, legality, or suitability of services
• The conduct of users or guides
• Availability or reliability of the Platform

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoteWander shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury, death, or property damage
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

NoteWander's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to NoteWander (if any) in the prior 12 months.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NoteWander, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your participation in services
• Your violation of these Terms or any law

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for safety, legal, or policy reasons, with or without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Washington State.
