These Guide Terms & Conditions apply to anyone offering services as a guide on NoteWander. They supplement the NoteWander Terms of Service, which also apply to you. Every guide accepts this agreement when applying:
I will provide accurate profile information and deliver the services I advertise honestly and professionally.
NoteWander charges a 12% platform fee. My payout is released after each completed trip, per the payout policy.
Temporary promotions (such as reduced platform fees) may apply for limited periods and are reflected in your payout dashboard.
Cancellation policy: travellers may receive a full refund (more than 72h before), 50% (24–72h), or no refund (less than 24h before a trip).
If a guide cancels a confirmed booking, the traveler receives a full refund.
I confirm I am at least 18 years old and legally able to offer guiding services in my area.
Guide services are available only in supported regions, and applications are reviewed before approval.
NoteWander may offer or require identity verification for guides. Verified guides receive a verification badge visible to travelers.
NoteWander may suspend or remove guide privileges for safety, legal, quality, or policy reasons, consistent with the Terms of Service.
